Our Story

At Airway Sleep Therapy (AST) we understand the impact of sleep-related breathing disorders, such as sleep apnea, on overall health and well-being. Our journey started with a desire to provide personalised therapy and treatment options to address these issues in kids before it progresses. With a focus on promoting better sleep and overall health, we offer a range of services, including education, planning, linkage to services and orofacial myofunctional therapy. AST is dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our clients, and we believe in a comprehensive approach to orofacial myofunctional disorders, which includes assessment, evaluation, muscle training and exercises, breathing retraining, tongue thrust correction, orthodontic support (pre- and post-operative therapy) myofunctional therapy for sleep disorders, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and patient education. Our focus is on helping kids improve their airways and, in turn, improving their overall future. We are committed to improving oral health and function for our patients, after all, breathing is kind of important! AST looks forward to helping you achieve a better night's sleep.
